I'm using FAIRY CHLOE for my creation
I'm a little disappointed in my picture taking...the dress LOOKS awesome IRL and the colors match the cardstock beautifully (trust me!). I added Glossy Accents to Chloe's dress. Then I added a little Stardust Clear Gelly Pen to the word Sparkle.
The lovely layout is provided by Friday Sketchers (Sketch #126)...LOVE the layers to it! I really LOVE this card...it's one of my favorites! Oooh, I hate it when a camera doesn't catch the "true" colors of a project! I do love how shiny you made Chloe's dress though and that sweet star button accent! :)
The photo may not have captured how good it looks irl but it sure looks beautiful to me!! I can see how shiny Chloe's dress is!

I never would have thought to use the glossy accents on the dress..but it's amazing!! I just LOVE this card! Fabulous!! Really neat how you did the star/button/bow! Come teach me how to do that!!
