Inking Everything's Happy Fall Blog Hop

Welcome to Inking Everything's very first blog hop! You should have arrived here from Carla's Blog. If you didn't you may want to start from the beginning (list is at the end of this post) so that you make sure to see all the fabulous Fall creations!

Not only are we showing Fall creations on our blogs but we also have another creation on our Facebook pages. So make sure you visit both to get double the fun!
For my creation I decided to make a Fall card using the stamp set For All Things.

I choose my colors based on the Designer Series Paper Pack Color Me Autumn. I've been wanting to use the leaf in the stamp set to make a background.

I used watercolor paper, various inks, Stampin' Spritzer and water. I inked the stamp and then spritzed water directly on the stamp before stamping on the paper. Here is a close up of the background leaves:
You can see my other creation on my Facebook Page HERE

Next stop on the blog hop is Penny Smiley. You can visit her Stamps N Smiles Blog and Facebook Page. Frankenstein Fry Boxes For Halloween!

Happy Halloween to everyone out there! I know my daughter is ready to go get some candy! Her Dad and her go house to house so they made their costumes work together. I can't wait to get some pictures. I stay home and hand out candy since our neighborhood gets TONS of kids through it. Unfortunately the weather has turned quite cold so I'm not sure if that will change things or not. We shall see :D

My up line, Becky Roberts made some cute Frankenstein Fry Boxes so I just had to try it. They were super easy to make and turned out so cute. I gave some away as hostess gifts and door prizes.

After my sister saw them she wanted them to take to day care kids. I changed the tag a little and used a pumpkin and the words trick or treat on them. I'm sure the kids will enjoy getting them today - but they will probably like the candy a bit more, lol!

I hope you have a safe and fun Halloween. Check back tomorrow for the team's first blog hop! I can' wait to show you some fun fall projects - and the girls participating in the hope are so talented. There will be lots of exciting projects to see :D

Thanks for stopping by!

Boo-tifull Bags from Paper Pumpkin - Perfect for Halloween!

Have you heard of Paper Pumpkin? It's a box of goodies delivered to your door once a month. Each box is a surprise and has everything you need to complete but adhesive. The last few kits have been "holiday" related.

For Halloween, we got the Boo-tifull Bags kit. It came with enough supplies to create 6 bags as well as TONS of left over supplies (stickers, labels, twine, sequins) to make other stuff.

I gave these to my hostess this month and also as door prizes at Quarter Mania and a crop. It's full of chocolate (who doesn't love chocolate?!?). They were a big hit!

One of the perks of being a Paper Pumpkin subscriber is that we can buy refill kits. I had to take advantage of it with this kit. The bags are perfect for those special people - mailman, teachers, neighbors. I'm going to make sure they have a boo-tiful Halloween :D

Interested in more information on Paper Pumpkin - contact me or visit MyPaperPumpkin.com. You can also prepay for just one month so you get a feel what the kits are like. Remember, they always include a stamp set and ink as well as everything else you need to escape with a 30 minute creative project. How fun is that?! Thanks for stopping by!

Looking A Little Like Christmas

I love it when an everyday stamp set can be used for other purposes. The leaves are from Choose Happiness Stamp Set. But when paired with a Christmas Sentiment (Endless Wishes) it has a whole new look. The "berries" are pearls that I painted using my Cherry Cobbler Blendabilities. LOVE that you can make them match perfectly by using the Blendabilities.

A great Christmas card that is easily reproduced. Thanks so much for stopping by!
