Coffee Lover's Kit Blog Hop from Erin Lee Creative

Hello! Welcom to the Erin Lee Creative Coffee Lover's Blog Hop. You should have arrived from Cheryl's Blog. If not, you will find the blog hop list at the end of this post so you can make sure you visit all the participants.

Erin released a kit that contains two stencils, two stamp sets and two dies. To see this wonderful kit just go HERE. Since we are doing a blog hop Erin decided to put the kit on sale. That's right for one week you can get the kit for $39.99 instead of $44.99. That's a great deal!

For my card I used a stencil to make the background. I then stamped the image from one of the stamp sets on Cherry Cobbler and white cardstock.  I cut the cup out and colored my "coffee". You should know that I like A LOT of cream in my coffee so it's not really dark in color. LOL. I popped the cup onto the Cherry Cobbler cardstock for a little dimension. The Coffee Lover was die cutted with Black Glossy Paper and one of the dies you get in the kit. I love having everything I need in the kit.

2 Lucky commenters will win this wonderful kit. Winners will be announced on the ELC Blog on Monday December 21st. You have till Thursday December 17th to comment on everyone's blog or IG for more chances to win.

Up next is Jennifer. Thanks for stopping by!

25 Days of Christmas Tags with Erin Lee Creative

Happy Sunday to you! I'm posting today because it's Erin Lee Creative's day over on Tracey's 25 Days of Tags! We are all making tags using Erin's products and it's fun to see what everyone used.

At first I was a little nervouse cause although Erin has lots of cool stamp sets I wasn't sure how many Christms there were. After looking I was pleasently surprised at all the choices I had to work with.

For my tag, I used the Holiday Blue Jay Stamp Set (which is on sale) and masked off the tree and Blue Jay in order to just use the poinsettia. I stamped the image on Snow White Pearl Cardstock (also on sale). I then colored it in using Prismacolored pencils. It was so smooth and blended the colors easily on Snow White Pearl Cardstock. Once I finished I grabbed the Holiday Sentiments stamp set to add the Merry Christmas. Isn't that font just gorgeous?! I love it. Put a bow and some string and BAM! all done!

This is  my first time participating in Tracy's 25 days of tags and I'm loving all the different inspiration that is provided every day. Thanks for stopping by!

November Stripes and Hearts Release From Erin Lee Creative!!

Happy Monday to you and welcome to another fabulous blog hop showcasing a new release from Erin Lee called Stripes and Hearts. This release has been one of my favorites. So many possibilites but more than that so many ways to make fast cards to cheer people up! I don't know about you but we need more happiness and this release does that - and very easy and quick which is a huge plus!

First up you should have arrived here from Ceal's blog. If you didn't, I will have the full blog hop list at the end of the post for you to check out. So want to see the release? Here it is...

Pretty cool, right?

I ended up doing two cards using the Striped Background Stamp and Stripe Sentiments Stamp Set. Both cards are very positive, uplifting cards that I can send to just about any of my friends. Without meaning to, for some reason this release screams rainbow - colors anyway. Funny how there isn't a single rainbow image in this release but I gravitated to using the rainbow concept.

First up I took the Striped Background Stamp and used my Karin Neon Brushpro Markers and colored directly on the stamp with them. I then spritzed them with water and staped on watercolor paper. I did it twice to make sure I filled in each color well. Once I was done with that I took the Heart Hands Stencil and placed it on top of the stripes. Using Black Soot Distress Ink & Oxide I colored the stencil in. It really covered up the neon stripes nicely. I then added the sentiment from the Strip Sentiments Stamp Set.

For my second card, I again used the Striped Backround Stamp this time in black. I set it aside to make sure it dried because sometimes my black can take awhile. Once I thought it had been long enough (I'm not a very patient crafter), I picked out my sentiments to use again from the Strip Sentiments Stamp Set and stamped each one in the ROYGBIV format (rainbow). To top it off I put a small rainbow piece of ribbon in the bottom right corner.

Both were easy to make and both will help friends in different ways. I do know that they both make me smile and feel good about myself :)

Thanks for stopping by! Don't forget to comment as Erin is giving away two $50 gift vouchers to be used in the ELC shop. Winners will be announced on Monday, November 9th. Next up on the blog hop is Cheryl

Here is the entire blog hop list for you in case you didn't start from the beginning:

Blog Hop Showcasing New Release from Erin Lee Creative + Prizes!!

Happy Saturday and welcome to the Erin Lee Creative new release and blog hop! There is so much to show you but first if you are joining my blog from Cheryl then welcome! If you are here from another blog or just because be sure to check out the blog hop order at the end of the post along with details about the giveaway.

First up let's show a picture of all the goodies that you can purchasing starting today! Yippee - so many goodies (there is definitely stuff for everyone's tastes).

WOW, right? So how do you pick one to work with? Well you don't but you only show the ones from one set on this post (so look for more creations next week over on my social media account - made4ubymichelle). I picked Winter Magic Stamp Set to work with. It's not my usual style but I really wanted to play with alcohol inks and I thought this set would work well wtih it. So up first is my SHINE card...

and shine it does! I used the Alcohol Lift Off Ink Pad to achieve the look on the purple alcohol ink panel. Here's a close up.

Cool, right? I then made the white background using the new Marble Stencil with Distress inks and mounted it on the Holographic paper. If you play with alcohol inks you know you don't sit down and do only one background. Yes, I ended up with a few different panels to work with so I decided to do another card with a entirely different look.

This one I stamped with black ink. At the bottom of the image I saw what looked like to me the Triangle Collage Die Image. So I used Black Glossy Cardstock and cut out the triangle collage die to use behind the image. The image is popped up to give it a little dimension. The sentiment is included in the Winter Magic Stamp Set as well.

Well that's it for me. Next up is Amy. Want a prize? Well 2 lucky winners will win a $50 gift code to use in the ELC shop just for leaving comments along the way. Winners will be announced on the Monday, October 26th blog post. Comment on everyone's blog or IG for a greater chance to win!

Blog Hop for Look On The Bright Side Kit Release from Erin Lee Creative!

Hello fellow crafters and happy September 1st! Today we are having a kit release from Erin Lee Creative called Look On The Bright Side. You should have arrived from Cheryl's blog - if not that's ok. Below I have included the entire blog hop as well as the prize information. But first lets talk about this kit! If you got Erin's Somewhere Kit (otherwise known as the BEST rainbow kit ever) this is like a version 2. A little extra that goes perfect with the original Rainbow Kit (which is still available). Want to see what's in this kit?

Awesome right! And the price - can't beat it! So I'd like to share a little creation I made using the stencil and then a saying from the stamp set. When I saw that stencil I just thought about the sun shining or the rainbow glowing and knew I was going to have to use foil.

It may be hard to tell but I used the Snow White Pearl Cardstock to put the foil on. And I wasn't sure about ink and the sentiment so I ended up using clear embossing powder on the stamped black sentiment.

Man that baby shines let me tell you! Hope you enjoyed my card! You can go to erinleecreative.com to get your kit today! Thanks for stopping by! I'm the end of the blog hop but just in case you didn't start from the beginning, I have included the entire list below.

Sneak Peek using the new Look On The Bright Side Kit from Erin Lee Creative

Hi eveyone! Happy Thursday :)  I'm up on the ELC Blog today to showcase a card using a new kit that will be released on September 1st. The kit is called Look On The Bright Side and it's fabulous! It's got rainbows and awesome sentiments. I mean they are so on trend right now with all the things happening in the world. This kit will definitely help spread happiness to others. And so many people need that right now!

This card was such a fun card to make and oh so easy. Just used Versamark and the rainbow for the background. Used my white gel pen to add some accents. And then used my markers on the sentiment to get the different colors. It defintiely makes me happy and I hope it will make someones day when I send it.

Come back on September 1st to see the release as well as another card (using one of Erin's fabulous stencils from the kit). Thanks for stopping by and happy stamping!

Erin Lee Creative August Release & Blog Hop (With Prizes!)

Welcome! You should have arrived from Jennifer's Blog. If not, no worries - the complete blog hop list is below and you can visit everyone to better your chance for prizes. Now, let me just tell you there are SO MANY awesome products being released today that I have NO idea how you will decide on what to buy! I mean look at all this goodness!

Seeing all that it was hard deciding what to make. I ended up using just one stamp set and three different stencils to make 3 cards. Below is the stamp set Fall Critters 4x6 Stamp Set.

These are the 3 stencils I used: Plaid (released last month), Funhouse Squares & Floral Wreath

Here's a quick look at the three cards. It was brought to my attention that it looks like I made a Fall, Winter and Spring card using all of the animals. Total accident on my part but a happy accident at that!

For the squirrel card I used distress inks on the background and Copics to color him.

For the Fox I again used Distress Inks for the backgound and copics for coloring. I fussy cut the fox out and popped her up to give her some dimension.

And for the last card I used watercolors on everything. I then colored in the rabbit using my pixie dust glitter so she shines beautifully.

I don't know which one is my favorite. I love them all! And I love that one stamp set and 3 stencils can make all that. The possibilites are endless!

Thanks for stopping by. We are giving away three $25 gift certificiates to three lucky winners chosen from comments left across all of the blogs participating in this hop. Please leave a comment on any participating blog (list is below) by Monday, August 24th. Three winnners will be announced that week on the Erin Lee Creative Blog. The more you comment, the more chances to win!

Now head on over to Lynnea's blog to see what awesome creation she's come up with!

Blog Hop for the New Release from Erin Lee Creative plus PRIZES!!!

Hi and welcome to the Erin Lee Creative (ELC) Blog Hop! You should be arriving from Cheryl's blog. If not, be sure to check the blog hop along the way in order to be eligible for the prizes.

First up check out the release:

So many awesome new goodies. I honestly had trouble deciding which one to use for the blog hop. I have been a lover of all things succulent for years - mostly cause it's the one plant I can't kill. So when I received the succulent set and dies I was over the moon excited.

This card is simple but has a wow factor and although it looks like it took some time it came together rather quickly. And if you use your stamping platform you can really whip out a lot of the succulents and leaves quickly.

I did a google search of succulents, just to get an idea of the different color combinations I wanted to use. I used multiple greens, mint, yellow and reds to make these.

Blended the background, splattered some metallic gold and white and there you have it. A simple card with a WOW factor :)

I'm proud to say that I have been chosen to be a part of ELC design team along with these other 5 beautiful ladies. Each one of them brings a unique take on ELC's products. I honestly am just as excited as you to do the blog hop and see their wonderful creations.

About the blog hop, You should start at the Erin Lee Creative blog. Be sure to follow the hop and visit everyone's blog - and comment on each one in order to be eligible for the prize. 3 random winners who comment on all the blogs will receive a $25 gift code to use in the ELC shop.

Blog Hop Using New Release From ELC Plus A Giveaway!!

Hi Friends and welcome to Erin Lee Creative Blog Hop featuring the newest release in the shop. You should be arriving from Jenny Colacicco's blog. If not, no worries! At the end of my post is the order and links to all the participants in the Blog Hop. You'll want to make sure you visit and comment on them all for a chance at a $25 gift certificate. Two will be given away and the winners will be chosen from various blogs & posted on Saturday, February 1st. So let's get going...
I have to admit I had some trouble with this release because I absolutely loved it all. I wish I could share more creations with you but I've narrowed it down to my two favorites. First up is a Valentine/Anniversary card using the Triangle Nesters Die and the Oh Em Gee Stamp Set

I know there are so many possibilities with this die and stamp set but my mine is on Valentine's right now and so I had to make a love card. I used some double sided pattern paper for the triangles - I used a little purple tape to "hold them together" then ran them through my Xyron. Once I added them to the paper I took off my purple tape and stuck it to the side to use again. That stuff is amazing!

Here's a close up of the dies.

And that saying...I mean Oh Em Gee, right? We say that all the time as a society so it's definitely on trend right now!
Next up is one of my favorites and I made a video showing how to use it with the new Deco Foil Transfer Gel Duo - so cool! I'll be sharing the video later this week so be on the look out for that.

Look at that foil - Erin has started carrying some foil in the store as well but not this one. I got tons of foil rolls from my hubby for Christmas so I was dying to try this out. LOVE the way it turned out!

The card is definitely full of shimmer and shine and Oh so pretty! I can't wait to do more projects using foil! I used the Leopard Stencil, Love You Die, and Nesting Heart Die set as well.
Thanks for stopping by! Don't forget to leave a comment for a chance to win in the giveaway and Good Luck! Now, hop on over to Ericka Strange's blog to see her wonderful creation!
